Now, prices have gone up slightly across the board and are around $1000 or more for last minute flights.  Other than that, you can still get a flight to Hawaii for under $700 for the next few months.

Prices seem to be highest when leaving on weekends and lowest on Monday's and Tuesdays.  Prices do not increase very much for spring break (not this far out anyway) but do go up for summer and come back down for fall/winter.
