Hole in the wall places good and bad...

: For the locals and frequent visitors to, does anyone recomend any hole in the wall restaruants, and off the beaten path places to visit, and shops to shop at that you would suggest I must visit. You know the places most people don't know about unless you've been there a bunch of times? When traveling it's always fun to find things that aren't so tourist oriented. Any advice and suggestions would be appreciated. I'm looking for places all over Oahu. Mahalo! Oh and places that you would recomend I avoid would be great too!
