Kaanapali beach hotel or the embassy resort in maui and why???

: ka'anapali or embassy---which one should i choose????help! : and i also need a hotel in oahu for only one night--i don't need a luxury hotel--just some place to put my bags while i tour pearl harbor!!;)--in the heart of waikiki--best location & not too expensive.....thanks!:)
