Moving to Maui

: Aloha, As a New Yorker for the last 24 years(with 5 yrs. off in florida)I am seriously contemplating the big move to Hawaii. I will be taking my family (wife and son and daughter(ages 5 and 6mos.)for 25 days the end of April and we will visit all 4 islands with the longest stay of 9 days on Maui. I would appreciate any feedback.... I work in Manhattan as a personal fitness trainer also in the time-share business. We have an interview at The Haleakala Waldorf school for my son while we are there and we are renting a cottage in Makawao to experience upcountry living as that would be our preference for permanent housing. I am also interested in The Big Island for job opportunities in my field and the less expensive land values.... Thanks!! Randy
