Visiting Hawaii

: Hi : : We would like to visit the island of Hawaii during this coming February(2003)for about 7 days. : I don't like hotels. I like simple B/B. I love nature (I do hanggliding and scuba diving). In other words, I like low budget (quality) holidays. : My question is : Where do I go from here? I don't now anything about the island.
