I live in Hawaiian Paradise Park, exactly 6 streets above Paradise Ala Kai. It is a residential subdivision, about 15 miles out of Hilo. There are no tourist attractions in the immediate area, but you are about equidistant from Hilo and Lower Puna, and only about a 40 minute drive from the Volcanoes National Park entrance.

The house is probably on a 10 to 20 foot cliff with no ocean access, but your view will be great and if you get up early enough, the sunrises are phenomenal.
