: I really don't know about the passport - but if you woul need one to go to anywhere else in the united states I would say yes you need one. : Snuba is interesting, and lets you go much lower than snorkeling. If the price is outrageous I would say no - snorkeling is good enough. If the price is decent, I would say try it. : I don't think you need the guide for the downhill ride --- just follow the road down, and that way you can stop when YOU want to. : mopeds are relatively safe - obviously you are at more risk than you would be in a car, and I would never take one on a major road, but if you are going to be mostly on small town roads you should be ok. : Have a great time!
