Hi Michelle-
The fair is going on now at the Aloha Stadium until I think the 15th or 16th of June.
No problem for tutu to meet Don Ho. He usually has an autograph (and photo) session at the end of his show at the Beachcomer, so prepare her to meet the man.
The phenomenon (I hope I spelled that right)is called the "Green Flash" and it supposedly happens just as the last tip of the sun goes beneath the water horizon. No big deal.
I believe the whales are heading up north for the summer, so you may or may not see any. If you ever see one up close in the ocean, it's a wonderful site, provided they don't tip your boat over!!
Well, I think it's gotten safer to place valubles in the rooms since most of the hotels have in-room safes.
