Hi Michelle- We see him on the beach somtimes and he'll say hello. Alot of Hawaiian entertainers don't hide from the "public", so it's not unusual to see someone just hanging out at the beach or a club/restaurant. Don Ho's show used to include a part where he got all the tutu's (grandma's)up on stage for a sloppy kiss and a song. I'm not sure if he does that anymore, but I believe audience participation is still part of the show. If they do call tutu's on stage, I'm sure they'll grab her, because they want as many "participants" as they can get. Don't forget the camera!! Hoku did do "Another Dumb Blonde". By the way, Don Ho has a web site at http://www.donho.com/. I have said this a million times before... Although it's a great idea to do some planning ahead, once you get to Hawai'i, most of the hotels have visitor desks with ton's of (free) information on EVERYTHING there is to do and see in Hawai'i. Assuming of course you are staying at a hotel. They'll plan anything for you or you can take the info with you and go off on your own. Sure, you're welcome to e-mail me anytime for more stuff. But of course the purpose of this "forum" is to share stuff with other people interested in Hawai'i. But...ask away. -Aloha
