Hi- I'm not sure about on-line discount coupons (check the rest of this site), but when you get to Hawai'i, there are many (free) publications all over the place with coupons for everything from meals to gifts. O'ahu attractions? Pearl Harbor, Aloha Tower Marketplace, Waimea Bay, Haleiwa town, Hanuma Bay, Waimea Falls, walk up Diamond Head, Dukes Canoe Club on Sunday afternoons, Germaine's luau, any catamarran ride off Waikiki Beach - I recommend the Mai Ta'i in front of the Sheradon Waikiki or of course the Lehua catamarran in front of the Outrigger Reef Hotel (purple sail), ETC., ETC..... Nothing in Hawai'i is overrated. Don't know anyone who WORKS papa Don's show, although HE is a friend. Some people love his show, others don't. He's a part of Hawaiian history in the days of fun loving tourists who loved the "shalang-a-lang" Hawiian shows back when my parents partied here. You may like it and if you're real lucky, you'll catch his daughter Hoku, who has more or less dabbled in the the music scene. I don't recommend having dinner there. If you want to go, do the cocktail show and then have dinner at Dukes across he street. (Sam Choy's is terrific too.) At Don's show, they pack them in wall to wall and for dinner, you can do better at a nicer setting. Don't worry about bugs. You probably won't see a fly. -Aloha
