: Where you want to stay depends entirely on what you want to do while you are here - the Big island is very big, so you want to plan your hotel/rental around your activities. With that said, think about the Hilton Waikoloa Village. I <a href="http://www.andhawaii.com/hawaii/2002/050102.html">stayed there</a> last month and loved it. : I don't know of any anniversary packages, but you ahould look into fly and drive packages or check out this <a href="http://www.andhawaii.com/hawaii/vacation/package/travel.html">page</a> for more options.
