Kauai wedding...help!!

: Hi, my fiance and I are getting married in Kauai next March and are wondering which wedding company we should go through. We will be staying in the Poipu area and don't want to travel far from there to get married. Has anyone gone through Barefoot weddings? Does anyone have any suggestions for sandy beach locations? We are also wondering if anyone has any suggestions about where we should have dinner with our family afterwards? We would like a nice place with good food and service. Thanks a lot!! Kathryn
