traveling in Hawaii

: Hi! I'm asking questions again! Jim and I leave for Hawaii next week and we're busy trying to get some things together. On each of the islands we're visiting, we have a rental car. What we're wondering is what are your major gas stations? Do you have Shell or Citgo stations or should we expect to pay cash at most stations? Thanks in advance! Stephanie
