There are all-inclusive resorts on both islands, but probably not to the extent that you have seen in other places, because of the close availability of tons of shows and restaurants, especially in Waikiki - start looking at these -

Oahu

Outrigger Waikiki

Hilton Hawaiian Village

Maui

Sheraton Maui

Renaissance Wailea Beach Resort
