: Hi- : That's a good question, but I believe you or your husband would need to be military or military retired....and if you were, you would be able to stay at the Hale Koa (hotel) which is a military reservation. ..and you want to know where it is? ...right next door (actually a little down the street) from...the Outrigger Reef! You need to check with the nephew. (There was a very nice lady who spent alot of time on this site 'named' Charity awhile back and basically planned her entire trip here by asking questions and doing her research...and several people here had a lot of fun chatting with and helping her ....just like you!!!). : -Aloha
