Another good beach for boogie boarding is ... Waikiki. Yep, a lot of people don't think of it as good, but it's great. But I'm not talking about the strip of beach that most of the tourists frequent. Once you are at Waikiki, continue past the beaches most of the tourists are at ... you'll be traveling toward the zoo. Once you reach the end of the road that parallels the beach, park your car, and walk down the beach until you come to a concrete wall which extends out into the water (concrete pier). On the other side of the pier toward diamondhead, you should see a bunch of people boogie boarding. The waves should be perfect in November ... paddle out about 40 yards, and a wave will carry you all the way back to the beach. Not huge waves, just a nice, LONG, ride.
