: The view is amazing from that area - and the house is right on the edge of it. A panoramic ocean view - It's on the wrong side of the island for sunsets, but the sunrises are probably breathtaking. : Just realize you'll be at the top of a cliff, so you are not right at the water. - And the 30 minute walk into the valley is a rough one (especially coming back up). The valley is really beautiful - wild horses, a river, a black sand beach, waterfalls, hiking - but the hike down in is not a leisurely stroll. : You could drive in with a 4wd, or take the wagon or houseback tours if you didn't want to walk though. : Lisa
