• Haleakala National Park
  Stretching from the upper slopes of Haleakala Mountain to the shoreline of Kipahulu Valley, this National Park offers just about everything. The most popular activities are biking down it, watching the sunrise from the summit, hiking, and exploring the waterfalls of Oheo Gulch.

  Maui is not just about long beaches and spectacular resorts - this is one area of Maui that will never be developed right out of existence - it is a 52 mile trip of skinny, curvy roads that don't invite looking down out of the passenger side window ... unless you are brave. The trip there is full of the most spectacular ocean views in the world, and at the end, you are rewarded with Old Hawaii, plus a couple of nice beaches and waterfalls.
