Lyman Museum

This large house built by missionaries features many artifacts of the times and frequent special exhibits.

Hawaii Volcanoes National Park
Highway 11 near the 29 mile marker
Home of the most active volcano on earth, Kilauea. Many other attractions such as different ecosystems, the Jaggar museum, and the Thurston Lava tube.

Nani Mau Gardens

Parker Ranch
Waimea
Parker Ranch is the largest cattle ranch in Hawaii, and something like the third largest in the U.S. It is home to the paniolo, the hawaiian cowboy, and has a variety of visitors attractions - some free, some for a small fee.
