• Uncle Billy's Kona Bay Hotel
  Located right in downtown Kailua-Kona within walking distance to everything, with a nightly buffet and frequent hula show. Kitchenettes available.
  
  

• Royal Kona Resort
  Located on the ocean in downtown Kailua-Kona with many onsite activities, including a luau. Recent renovations in almost every room.
  
  
• Kona Seaside
  Located near the pier in downtown Kailua-Kona, with two pools. This hotel is right in the middle of all the downtown action, and may be a little noisy at times.
  
  

• Sheraton Keauhou

  Sheraton Keauhou is located at the very far end of Alii Drive, opposite from downtown in Kailua-Kona. Hotel used to be the Kona Surf, completely remodeled and under new management in 2005. Only hotel with waterslides in Kona town. Very nice place.

• King Kamehameha Hotel

  Oldie but goodie. Best placed hotel in Kailua-Kona if you want to be in the middle of things. It needs a good remodeling but rooms are still acceptable.

• Kanaloa at Kona
  Located in Keauhou (just south of Kailua-Kona). This is a large condominium resort which is part of the Outrigger Hotel chain (good hotels).
  
  
• Kona Reef
  Located on the ocean near downtown, this is a Castle Resort condominium property with a nice pool and good ocean views.
  
  
• Royal Sea Cliff
  Located on the ocean near downtown, this is an Outrigger condominium property with salt and fresh water pools and ocean views.
  
  
• Kona Bali Kai
  Located on the ocean at Banyans, an extremely popular local surfing beach. This is a Marc property.
  
  
• Keauhou Beach Resort
  Located near Kahaluu Beach, a popular swimming and snorkeling beach. This is an Ohana property.
  
  

• Kona by the Sea
  Located just South of Kailua-Kona, with many amenities. This is an Aston Condominium.
