Hawaii Real Estate

The Hawaii Real Estate market is booming right now; homes are being bought and built at a frantic pace. Prices for homes on all the islands are going up rapidly and probably will continue do so. In my opinion now is the time to buy because I don't think Hawaii home prices will ever go down again. If you can't afford a home out here, maybe you could find some land that you can afford and build on it when you are ready.

If you've never been to Hawaii I strongly suggest a trip out here before you decide where to buy. All the islands are different and all their markets are different. You really need to visit Oahu before you buy there to see if you can stand the traffic. You really need to visit Molokai before you buy there to see if you can stand the quiet. You'll really should visit the Big Island before you buy a home there to learn about things like vog (a volcanic haze that sometimes sits over the island and can irritate the respiratory tract). You get the idea.
