Hi Rob,
Check some of these sites
(do a google search for maui golf coupons) and when you get to Maui, look through the brochures and coupon books you\'ll find at the airport, the rental car place, just about any restaurant - I think there is one specifically for golf, and I know there are a few golf coupons in the regular ones.

Upon rereading your e-mail, I see you were asking specifically about the entertainment book - no, there are only miniature golf coupons for Maui in the Hawaii entertainment book.
