Kauai Home Prices Higher

Kauai median price hits $750,000 ... because they just keep coming and coming and coming and coming. People moving to Hawaii from the mainland are everywhere, and this story is not unique to Kauai. Prices on all the islands have zoomed upwards for the last two or three years. My house is worth about three times what it was when I bought it 9 years ago - maybe more by tomorrow.
